After bringing home a bag of lavender cut from Hitchin lavender field recently, I had my first attempt at drying it. It's been tied up for around 2 weeks now and I checked it was done by making sure the stems would snap.
Now just to remove it from the stems and put it in some organza bags I bought, it smells much stronger than I thought it was - it's lovely
