If you fly into La Guardia Airport's Marine Air Terminal on Delta Shuttle, this is often the sight that'll greet you if you are looking for a taxi. Their dispatch system never seems to work. A flight gets in and dozens of people scramble to the taxi stand, only to find... nothing. The dispatcher then starts calling them over from wherever they sit in the main part of the airport - like it's some kind of surprise or something.
