A nice neighbor to one of our daughters.

Making a very slow ascent of the cobbled station bank at Beamish Museum is this 1915 Thorneycroft flatbed truck in WW1 British Army livery. The truck is now registered BF 8271.

The truck was at Beamish as part of the Great War Steam Fair of April 2018.

Just a simple build to use the last of my old tires and pass time while I wait on orders.

For those confused about the various features of this vehicle, the description of my colonization photoset has some background.

This is basically a transport vehicle with one of the various types of cargo units it is used to transport. As mankind has yet to fully explore the planet, most vehicles serve secondary purposes in order to maximise utility.

Jackpot Series: Old Truck in barn/shed = Jackpot.
