The french drain has been finished for a while and is now covered.

Gonna redo the basement to make it a lounge/neat library/office.

The pipes don't look too bad. No real rust.

On Saturday, the guys came and pounded the hell out of the braces. It's not perfect, but the hump is gone!

New vanity that we bought used: now stained with new hardware. Awaiting sink.

The coats were needed because it was only about 50 degrees in the house. Fortunately the old furnace heats like a dream and the house has enough insulation to keep the place pretty toasty.
