The lens board had two perforations from the the flash solenoid that were in effect a pinhole camera and causing my double exposures. I was stumped as to why the daylight pictures were wonky while the night and indoor shots were okay.

I finally fixed my problem with the tracks. I have never worked with traintracks and was suprised to find out that, no matter what I tried, I couldn't get the tracks to connect properly. I now understand that that's what it is. Welcome to the club, some say.
I now tackled the problem by not connecting the 2 curves to each other, but only to the straight tracks, leaving a tiny gap.
It is what it is :)
"If it can be broke then it can be fixed, if it can be fused then it can be split
It's all under control
If it can be lost then it can be won, if it can be touched then it can be turned
All you need is time
We promised the world we'd tame it, what were we hoping for?
A sense of purpose and a sense of skill, a sense of function but a disregard
We will not be the first, we won't
You said you were going to conquer new frontiers,
Go stick your bloody head in the jaws of the beast
We promised the world, we'd tame it, what were we hoping for?
Breath in, breath out
So here we are reinventing the wheel
I'm shaking hands with a hurricane
It's a colour that I can't describe,
It's a language I can't understand
Ambition, tearing out the heart of you
Carving lines into you
Dripping down the sides of you
We will not be the last."

"If it can be broke then it can be fixed.
If it can be lost then it can be won."
Not sure this is the soundest logic, but for now it'll do.
This song pretty much sums up my personal and professional life these days. Make of that what you will.

From there it was a few city blocks walking and they arrived at the subway station.
Construction on the Pittsburgh subway network had only just begun shortly before the Choke took hold. While the old below-ground Light Rail lines had been renovated and expanded throughout the downtown area, the planned branches further from the city center had been left only partially finished. Only recently had operations resumed, but not for the original building plans.
The pair followed the stairs underground. The station was bare bones in terms of furnishing, nothing but crumbling concrete, support beams, and scaffolding. Not even the train rails had been installed, leaving a barren channel where they would have been fixed. There were clear signs of water damage. Only in the last decade had workers been able to install autonomous pump systems to clear floodwater from the tunnelways.
The two proxy operatives paid little mind to the station. They instead followed along the platform to a security checkpoint. The shiny metal door, scan-pad, and low-voltage light fixture stood out amongst the rest of the decrepit environment. Kelly unclipped her ID tag and held it against the pad. A beep sounded and a holographic keypad lit up, to which she entered in her assigned passcode. A moment passed before a beep sounded in confirmation.
The metal doors slid open and the group stepped into the middle of the decontamination chamber. It was here that the old world ended, and the modern world began...

Low light scenes definitely seem to be my strong suit. The past few parts I wasn't as proud of, but this one turned out great.
