Opened in 2006, renovated in fall 2016; previously Heidy's Crafts & Hobbies (operated in the 1980s)

Fairfield's Five Guys was the second location to open on the Southside and occupies a wide inline tenant space. The dining room is located at the front of the building while the counter area and restrooms are towards the back, with the Coke Freestyles to the left of the counter. Its' renovation occurred at their ten-year mark at the end of 2016, replacing the tilework and seating.
