Notes-

The brains (akin to silken tofu but much more fulfilling) were beautifully seasoned and memorable.

The mains was probably the best cod I've ever eaten; perfectly cooked and outrageously good.

Pinot Gris is grossly underrated.

Now the last time I had creme brulee was more than 25 years ago, I thought it was too 'room temperature' and asked for a warmer one instead. Pleasant waiter came back from the kitch and remarked, 'But, sir it's normally served a little chilled'. Gawd, I've never been so Wong in my life and hung my head in shame.
