fun fact:

In history, meat was mostly for the wealthy because it was required to own enough land to keep cattle or money to buy it at the market, but it was easier for someone to catch a fish in a lake or a stream.. therefore meat was considered a luxury and the 'rich man's food' whereby, in those times, fish was more often seen in commoners' meals.

Travelled all the way to Helsinki to eat fish from Kotka...

 

The pea and curry foam was lush though (:

raw untouched file from underwater meetings with a funny octopuss.

I had the chance to meet her for three days in a row, like in the movie "My octopus teacher", maybe I'm wrong, but I believe I made a connection.
