the only memory i have (reconstituted memory, i suppose) of my very first out of the country plane trip to the philippines when i was 13 months old. mom and dad were stylin' and i'm just a little pipsqueak .

V originally wanted a different cosplay, but, being very non-Japanese in body build, the lady that did up her costume gave her this little number.
Yeah, the photos don't really do justice to how horrifically ugly this was.
Smokers are everywhere in Japan. They even have specific small rooms in some restaurants for smokers.
Sometimes it's a small dining room with extra ventilation and a door, other times it's literally a room for smoking, with the ventilation and no seats.
