Jailbird fan makes his return! Does this follow the law of sequels? Is the sequel worse than the original?
ZAHS advanced band performs at Grandberry Mall
Zama American High School’s advanced band played for the first time in a local foreign national concert venue May 22 at Grandberry Mall.
Kevin Hanson, Zama American School band teacher, said he has been here nine years and they have been unable to find a venue off-base.
“For this performance opportunity, we had to send a video of the band to be asked/accepted to play,” said Hanson.
The symphonic band of 41 students played a variety of music to include some Disney movie themed music, Batman’s theme song and the Mission Impossible movie theme song.
Hanson said the mall manager was watching the crowd and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
“We were invited to come back anytime,” said Hanson.

This was after about 20 minutes. Generally not too bad but I think that had more todo with the cushions on the floor to soften the blow !
the two bottom pieces i threw myself, the larger pot on the top our teacher threw and gave to us to practice trimming the bottom of the bowl. i went too deep and turned it into a plant pot. glazed all three myself as well :) my first pottery pieces. proud of myself.
Here's the living room looking out to the front yard. Clearly this is where we are putting all our empty boxes, haha. They will get cleared out soon enough. Three huge windows here + built in bookcases. Love it!
These lights actually hang on my bed and are usually on 24/7. I'm a huge Christmas dork and love to have them on constantly.
This was my first time using studio lighting. It worked OK but I definitely know I need to practice.

you can see the trim job on the bottom of the plant pot in this picture. also i think it got too dry when i was trimming it, hence the patterned "chatterly" something or other texture on the bottom. kinda neat. hard to do the colors justice in pictures.
