My 'first' real earrings! They are sooo cool.
Sunday I made a raid to all florentine shops to buy some earrings and these one were my absolute favorits (and I did not buy them). Monday evening they came to me as a gift.. needless to say that a pair of blue-and-bordeaux-plastic-earrings-(with silver parts) made me happier than Tiffanys!
I wanted to use them AT ONCE and found out, that I am not able to do it alone, actually I really hurted myself.
All the evening I walked around like somebody with a neck-traumata but I was happy.
And all my friends were so intelligent to say "Wow! What earrings!!" instead of "did you hurt your back?".
ZAHS advanced band performs at Grandberry Mall
Zama American High School’s advanced band played for the first time in a local foreign national concert venue May 22 at Grandberry Mall.
Kevin Hanson, Zama American School band teacher, said he has been here nine years and they have been unable to find a venue off-base.
“For this performance opportunity, we had to send a video of the band to be asked/accepted to play,” said Hanson.
The symphonic band of 41 students played a variety of music to include some Disney movie themed music, Batman’s theme song and the Mission Impossible movie theme song.
Hanson said the mall manager was watching the crowd and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
“We were invited to come back anytime,” said Hanson.

Grand Ma insisted that the girls be able to open one of their presents early, because she wanted to see them in action. It was a potters wheel and clay. They had a great time turning their first pot. Did very good for a first time.
Ames Christmas '08
I found an old SB-26 flash unit and it's a mighty fine toy. Along with Dave and my supremely gaffered, alfoil-lined umbrella. Hand held at 1/8, manually fired.

Color accent is SO the best thing ever! This beats color swap hands down. AND the picture is macro. Never too much of a good thing.
