Snack: four pineapple rings (from a tin)
Dinner: pollock in butter sauce, savoy cabbage & mash
Wednesday:
Breakfast: SHF muesli, blueberries and peach;
Lunch: butternut squash parcels and lamb koftas (M&S) cucumber, spring onion and tomato
Snack: raspberries, strawberries & grapes;
Dinner: steak, mushrooms, runner beans, new potatoes, tomatoes
Thursday:
Early morning snack: 20g liver sausage;
Breakfast: fruity porridge with blueberries;
Lunch: koftas & butternut squash parcels from M&S, grilled peppers, beanshoots, boiled rice - plus fruit for afternoon: grapes, strawberries and raspberries;,
Dinner sesame chicken with boiled rice, carrots, brocolli, and bean shoots
Treat: Lakka chocolate liquer,
Drink: red wine,

Friday:

Strobist: 580EXII 1 foot to the right on light stand with a light red gel gel at 1/4 power, triggered with Yongnuo Pov. Wizard. Sunpak 444D 1 foot to the left (slightly behind) and behind drop on a table. Lowest power and triggered with Skyport.

Oh, and remind me to tell you the story of my friend pulling the tin of madeleines out of my bag to offer one to Parker Posey last night, who was cool as shit, and not just because she told me I was going to be the next Martha Stewart.
