The world’s latest wide-body aircraft, Airbus A350 landed in Liszt Ferenc International Airport in Budapest for the first time today.
Lufthansa’s ultra-modern aircraft arrived in the Hungarian capital to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the German airline launching its first regular flight to four CEE cities including Belgrade, Budapest, Bucharest and Zagreb.
Following a tradition of nearly 40 years set by Boeing 737, 747 Jumbo and the world’s largest passenger aircraft Airbus A380, Lufthansa is now the first airline to present the most state-of-the-art passenger plane in the world in Hungary.

Having had a wonderful walk into the woods, I encountered two brown
mushrooms down below the lush green canopy in a very deep and dark
valley next to a freshly babbling creek. It was so dark, I had to use
the flash.
I find it completely refreshing to discover a new natural wonder, a
place I have never before seen, an area seemingly untouched by
mankind, wild and wonderful! Last Saturday was just such a day, to find a
new area not too far away, yet tucked away in vale laced with several
small streams and adorned with indiginous trees like beech, hemlock
and maple. I was the only traveler at this time, having rode my
bicycle through a house lined neighborhood, and not expecting to find
this area. I walked my bike down a steep hill a ways, and parked and
walked.
It seemed almost unreal, to make this amazing discovery, certainly
known to many, but for now, for me, only just the first time. The
first time brings for me, a high degree of ardent wonder,
contemplation and appreciation. My goal of conservation, filled and
abided by the beauty of our natural wonders, is graciously guided by
an equal degree of cheer to celebrate the land.
