Small metal first aid kit with contents that was often carried strapped to the passenger side seat of a Jeep.
This was donated by my good friend [https://www.flickr.com/photos/p47koji/], a class act.
first aid kit opened for Peter, Bjorn, and John. it's always a drag sitting through opening bands, except for the rare ones that knock you off your feet! these guys were really impressive, beautiful harmonies and amazing voices and really cool songs. check them out!!

"Wolf mother, where you been?
You look so worn, so thin
You're a taker, devil's maker
Let me hear you sing, hey-ya, hey-ya
Wolf father, at the door
You don't smile anymore
You're a drifter, a shapeshifter
Let me see you run, hey-ya, hey-ya
Holy light, oh, burn the night
Oh, keep the spirits strong
Watch it grow, child of woe, oh
Keep holding on
When I run through the deep dark forest long after this begun
Where the sun would set, the trees were dead and the rivers were none
And I hope for a trace to lead me back home from this place
But there was no sound, there was only me and my disgrace
Wayward winds, the voice that sings
Of a forgotten land
See it fall, child of woe, oh
Lend a mending hand..."
WOLF - Music & lyrics First Aid Kit, 2012.
Some old first aid kit items I have. One of the thermometers was my grandmothers, so could be about 100 years old. The eye cups were used by my family in the 1950s-70s and some of the other items were from a 1st aid kit my mother made for me in the 1960s for Girl Guides.

First Aid Kit (Klara Söderberg w/ Dylan LeBlanc) @ the Fonda Theater, Los Angeles, CA. October 16th, 2012.
Opener Dylan LeBlanc sang Conor Oberst's verse in King of the World.
I was really looking forward to this show & it was even better than I'd expected. Mike Mogis, the producer of The Lion's Roar (& many other amazing albums!), performed with them & added an interesting element to their live show that was different from when I saw them last. Here are my two favorite songs from from this most recent album:
