I was really looking forward to this show & it was even better than I'd expected. Mike Mogis, the producer of The Lion's Roar (& many other amazing albums!), performed with them & added an interesting element to their live show that was different from when I saw them last. First Aid Kit performing "Ghost Town" unplugged at Scalateatern in Karlstad the 11th of februari 2013.

It was a magic evening and a beautiful performance the sisters Johanna and Klara Söderberg gave us in the audicence in the sould out arena for about one and a half our long play.

If you have the chance to see a concert with First Aid Kit, just go! ...do not hacitate.

It's empty (Because of moisture problems - well it's in the rainforest), but it has a christian cross instead of the usual red cross symbol on it, so everything should be fine. Of course you are not allowed to take pictures of it... :-)

First Aid Kit is a Swedish folk duo consisting of the sisters Johanna and Klara Söderberg, born in 1990 and 1993. When performing live, they are accompanied by a drummer, a guitarist and a keyboard player. They have released five albums. In 2015, they were nominated for a Brit Award as one of the five best international groups. They were nominated again in 2019 and 2023.
