I took this during the summer in a parking garage at my hotel and I thought the lighting looked super awesome.
The Fireproof Building, also known as County Records Building, was designed by Robert Mills and constructed by John G. Spindle. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1969, and was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1973.

Kawagoe, Japan
Being built of wood, the majority of buildings in the Edo period were vulnerable to earthquakes and fire, few having withstood the test of time. A few dozen relics of the period survive in Kawagoe (Little Edo), near Tokyo. Wealthy merchants built distinctive black, fireproof warehouses to protect their wares and the style spread to shops and homes. The walls are layered and very thick. Window shutters resemble bank vault doors.
The largest fireproof resort hotel in the world; contains 700 rooms and 700 baths; is 17 stories high and its main domes are the highest points on the Atlantic Coast south of the Status of Liberty.
