Lacombe fire hydrant.

This was supposed to be for a "red" project.

And the obligatory hydrant page.

This fire hydrant is right by the school here and tonight there were tons of people getting their schedules and stuff...They were looking at me like I was a complete weirdo.

I really loved the way the blue in this hydrant came out. A smaller feature that I didn't catch until after shooting were the small patches of rust.

this is for a class assignment. i'm supposed to be showing why color is important.

anyway, i need help. the color in this is wrong, but i've been looking at a computer screen all day, and it's rainy outside so i can't really remind myself of how things really look. i feel like there's simultaneously a red cast and a cyan cast to this, and that doesn't make any sense.

please, if you can help my eyes, give me color suggestions.

All around Ocean Springs, the fire hydrants were a light blue. I wonder why.

Since my car is in the shop, VV has been driving me everywhere. I didn't want to put him through the grief of having to take me to and from the gym so he suggested we take after-work walks around the neighborhood instead.

I, of course, tote my camera around because that's how I roll. VV is proving to be a fun and fairly cooperative subject.

You will probably wonder why I post this picture. This seems like the most unsual thing you have ever seen in my photostream.

This one is dedicated to my love who always stops and points out different kind of fire hydrants. He is into these weird stuffs (well, at least it is weird to me), but I love him, and I love what belongs to him, and I love what he loves.
