I picked the location by the Feathers because the sharp bend would slow vehicles down in the dull conditions

This is the front view of the fire engine cake. I tried to put in as much detail as possible. I think it looks great, very pleased.
This appliance was pictured at Highlands & Islands Fire & Rescue Service workshops in Inverness. There was 2 of these appliances there when I visited unfortunately I wasn't able to get a picture of the other but it was kitted out with ladders & looked as if it was being prepared to go on the run. I am unsure if these are now reserve H&IFRS appliances but I believe they are Ex Hampshire
