LOL. Well I know this is complete sacrilege BUT no way I'm eating leftover Filet Mignon from last nights dinner outing like this cold. I did a nice skillet quick reheat to make it warm but not too tough. Still melted in my mouth. If you're ever in Buffalo definitely go to Bacchus Wine Bar. This looks gross but was so so yummy.

Nuggets were out, so we got this!

Grilled filet mignon with a merlot thyme reduction sauce, served with potato gratin and grilled vegetables. I haven't figured out how to make food look good in the dark.
