done on the morning of Chinese new year. Dennis was lecturing us about never going to the soup kitchen (St Vincent de Paul.) If you are reading this you should know how we feel about soup kitchens, even if they do have the best biscuits in town. So we said to him: ok, I want to go then. He said to us that I better be up already because he doesn't wake people up.
We did not get up.
that morning we went to the courthouse after a night of painting and entered the motion into the court calendar.
the document pictured isn't the motion. the motion is going to be either formally filed or will be heard at the 'sentencing' on 03/01.
We're pro per yay!
our former public pretender Mr. P asked the judge explicitly if he can attend.
We went to the court clerk and got the request signed. Here is the clerk at the records window filing it.
We got ourselves an old filing cabinet the other day, but it was a bit dreary so we've cheered it up a little!
