An oldy from 2007. Our morning departure, coincided with a local Mirage headed out on his own mission. These unique aircraft were specified to UAE standards and are now being transferred to Morocco.

RANDY Talons
Nothing like catching a pair of camo'd Randolph AFB T-38Cs, during a gas-n-go at Alliance Airport. These colorful jets are used to teach Introduction to Fighter Fundamentals (IFF) and Pilot Instructor Training (PIT).
Rare Raven
Harbinger 61 stopped in for fuel, after leaving Cherry Point. It ended up staying for a few days due to a Nose Wheel Steering issue.
A magnificent paint scheme on this Phantom from the 501st Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron. the squadron's emblem is the American cartoon character Woody Woodpecker wearing a bowtie @Hyakuri AFB. The 501st retired their McDonnell Douglas F4 Phantoms in March 2020
