Returning from a training flight, this Viper Driver makes a low pass down the runway.

The only Fighter Interceptor Squadron in the US Air Force, the Blue Foxes of the 18th FIS fly from Eielson AFB and patrol the Alaskan airspace. During Red Flag and Large Force Exercises, they still conduct Aggressor support missions.

Honing the Art

An F-15C Eagle from the 433rd Weapons Squadron drops away from our tanker, during a Red Flag sortie over the Nellis Range. The "Satan's Angels" (433rd WPS) are the Weapons Instructor Course for the F-15C and F-22A. However, the Eagles were dropped from the syllabus back in 2021 as the retirement of the jets began.
