The snow was from a couple of weeks ago…no such niceness here now!
My wife and I were visiting a local park the other night and taking photos of some Trumpeter Swans when we ran across this really cool dog. His name is Harley, and he is a chocolate Labradoodle. He was a riot and loved to play in the water.
Finn and Sean playing fetch the stick at the beach. Finn's still a bit cautious of the waves but really loves it;)
I used my Canon 70-200mm on my Fuji X-T10 via an adaptor - hit and miss on the manual focus but this seemed a hit...

How Glinda swims across the pool with the tennis ball in her mouth and not drown is pretty amazing. She would probably fetch that ball as long as someone would toss it in!
Looking (to me) like a dog carrying a ball, this Diamond DA-42-MPP Twin Star is one of the very latest surveillance aircraft. It can be configured to be flown normally, or as an unmanned drone. It is already in use with a number of military operators, including the RAF. Its main tool of trade is the Wescam MX15 electro-optical camera fitted to the nose.

I was cold taking the picture, the lake must have been just above freezing, yet this dog loved jumping in for his stick, and kept going back for more.
this dog made me laugh it would jump and rush into the sea eagerly after the ball but just couldnt get the idea of fetch, would look at the ball and make his owner pick it up (not sure why she kept throwing it back into the sea)
In my backyard, Nora and Beatrice were trying to play fetch with Earhart. He wasn't being very accommodating.
