Barnsley, the Golden Cocker Spaniel having fun on the beach on our recent visit to the far North West of Scotland.

Good job fido wasn't rummaging next to Jurassic Park!!

An immature bald eagle barely held on a fish with just one claw.

That's a big stick!

This is my before and after of my first attempt at the pastel effect in Picnik. Admittedly, it's not great, but I'm working on it. I'll have it done soon!!

BB has it badddd for this teenage boy running a farm stand by us. She had me turn around one day so she could meet him and I ended up giving her money so she could buy a watermelon I didn't need from him. So, we used to call him watermelon boy. But....since she's had me stop a bunch of times since then and still hasn't asked for his number, we've taken to calling him farm boy. If anyone has ever seen The Princess Bride (My all-time favorite movie), you would definitely understand the movie reference. But for those who haven't, Buttercup is in love with a farm boy named Westley. When she wants to tell him she loves him, she says "Fetch me that pitcher, farm boy" and he replies "As you wish" which means I love you. So our joke is that his nickname is farm boy and she says "fetch me that watermelon, farm boy". It's all in good fun. She no longer gets embarrased about it. She just thinks it's funny. The best part is, she can quote almost as many lines from that movie as I can...hehehe

On vacation, one plays quite a bit of fetch if one is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi.

Occasionally he gets the concept of fetch correct....very occasionally! Usually you throw the ball, he runs after it, gets it, but then drops it half through running back to you! Way more excited about his people than a silly tennis ball!

Baron our Australian Shepherd loved to fetch sticks from the water!

Raven and I playing on the beach. This picture was taken by my husband Larry. I like the angle of this shot and the feel of action.
