My bass rack is full! Two Jazz Basses and three Precisions, all in regular use.

this bike had fenders with hood ornaments. they are tanks and it seems like everyone at the fish market uses them to haul weight (with style)

Wegen extremer Abnutzung – der Hals war so oft abgeschliffen und neu bundiert worden, dass kein weiteres Abrichten mehr möglich war – schickte Clapton die Gitarre 1985 in den Ruhestand. Und im Juni 2004 ließ er „Blackie“ beim Auktionshaus Christie’s in New York für die damalige Rekordsumme von 959.500 US-Dollar versteigern. 😎👌

 

The Fender Stratocaster "Blackie" is one of the most legendary electric guitars in rock history and was Eric Clapton's primary instrument for many years. Due to extreme wear—the neck had been sanded down and refretted so often that further leveling was no longer possible—Clapton retired the guitar in 1985. Then, in June 2004, he had "Blackie" auctioned off at Christie’s in New York for the then-record sum of $959,500. 😎👌
