Cardinia Lakes is a man-made lake developed from an old quarry. It has a lovely fountain in the centre and interesting cliffs and walks. It was featured in the Home Section of Saturday 14 Mar 15 Herald Sun newspaper. All it needs now is a night light show like that of the Tom Parker Fountain in Napier New Zealand!

I picked this up in a charity shop for 75p. It had not been used, but the ISO 400 film was marked "develop before 09-2006". I have used much older films with better results, and I suspect this one was stored in a hot place or direct sunlight. The first few frames of the film are heavily fogged in a pattern which suggests that it might have been exposed to heat from one direction. I developed it in the Tetenal C41 kit, and did what I could to rescue the images after scanning.

Indoor Wall Water Fountain Feature - Features / Fountains
Add ambiance to any room with beautiful indoor wall fountains. We currently have many styles to choose from in a wide variety of frame materials and waterfall face choices. Our skilled artesians are adept at metal fabrication. The metals available for the frames on your water wall have been chosen for attractiveness, durability and ease of fabrication. The most common metals used are copper and stainless steel. The unique marbled or patina finish is applied to the copper of the indoor wall sculptures one piece at a time. A clear coating is then applied to the metal to give it a high gloss finish as well as to protect the copper from naturally developing a green patina over time. On some of our most recent water wall models we will even go further and apply custom artwork or custom patina shading to the metal making your wall sculpture a true piece of unique art.
I was lucky enough to be featured by the online art magazine "Positivexposure", you can view issue six (the one I am in, Page 9) here. Everyone featured is so talented and I feel wonderful to be a part of it.

There seems to be an abundance of facial hair going on here, it's got to stop - but not quite yet, I'll finish the DIYking Beard competition first.
As I pointed the camera at Mel, she looked at me and said indignantly, "I'm eating!"; then she gave me this look.

I added a rather frivolous feature to my iOS clocks program - the distance display now rotates at about 15 degrees a second if you press the little tengu button. This feature serves no purpose other than debug purposes (it won’t be present in the released version).
This debug feature uncovered a strange behavior - rotation stalls at two points - about 40 and 220 degrees or so. I just found this behavior so don’t know the cause yet. (It doesn’t occur on the simulator so it most likely resides somewhere in my code.)
