My son felt bad for me since my entire season was cancelled, so he arranged for me to take some photos at Fearless MMA (where he trains). I didn't want to use a flash, so my ISO was cranked up and I shot through the fencing when they were in the cage.
My son at 3, sending it on the rope swing at our local lake. Wish I could have gotten lower but man was it uncomfortable with the way the boat was sitting

For a barely four year old....Millie is totally fearless and fortunately she has really really good balance.
Photage 76: I had so much fun snapping this photo! I admit I was embarrassed to take a self-portrait in a public place during lunchtime with lots of business people walking around. But, I did it anyways because I knew it would be a neat perspective. This brings up a couple of things:
1. It is important to feel the fear (i.e. embarrassment) and do it anyways! A colleague of mine told me last week, "Do it afraid!"
2. It is important to have fun!
So all my flickrfriends, I encourage you to put yourself out there and have fun in the process!
I remember this day. Jackson was sitting on my lap and he was determined to get up and see what was going on. He was not afraid of anything.

The jackdaws and sparrows in the Netherlands were fearless. This one waited patiently for a tasty bite of pancake, but the sparrows came right up and stole food off the plate while we were still eating!

These little babies are fearlessly integrating themselves with my cats. It is so amusing to watch them approach the big cats and to see how the big cats react. The bigger cats are fairly tolerant with the occasional hiss and swat but not too bad actually. Petra adores them but hasn't interacted with them much since he is outside most of the day and only is around to see them for a couple of hours in the evening after coming in for the night and before we all go to bed.
