Jaime Monroy hops from one studio to the next working on the production staff or revving up studio audiences as the top warm-up kid for America’s favorite sitcoms and even joked around with some under-five guest-stars, when they were Hollywood unknowns: George Clooney on “Facts of Life,” Leonardo diCaprio on “Growing Pains,” and Brad Pitt on “Head of the Class.”
Jaime Monroy’s acting career suffers because he refuses to audition for negative, stereotypical Latino roles.
It's in the nip of the evening air....
the shortning of the days...
the colors of the light, and trees changing...
and of the leaves falling to the ground!
Fall is coming, then winter after...not sure I am ready! lol
In the park Saturday before I left on my business trips...
Be well all, and enjoy the beauty of change!!

Hollywood Desperado Jaime Monroy gets some advice from “The Kid” kid notorious himself, Robert Evans. Evans, who played a Latino in The Sun Also Rises says its only fitting that Jaime, a Latino, should play him in a motion picture version of “The Kid Stays in the Picture.” The legendary actor/producer and former head of Paramount Pictures tells paparazzi “Jaime’s me thirty years ago!” With that, Evans takes off his legendary glasses and puts them on Jaime. Jaime Monroy became the youngest warm-up comedian in television history on the show “Solid Gold” (1979) directed by Louis J. Horvitz and producers Bob Banner and Brad Lachman. Jaime continued his career as one of the most in-demand warm-up comedians for over 100 of America’s sitcoms, game shows and talk shows. this poor pigeon got me quite puzzled month and a half ago. you know, WTF?! How did he get there anyway?
it's been a while since then, like I said, and it's still there. The cat from the "Another Dead Pet" series vanished only after 2 weeks. Incidentally, both of those poor animals were found in the same neighbourhood.

A great egret hunting for rodents in the fields at Ellis Creek Water Recycling Facility.
Watching these birds stalk around fields is always interesting, but I had never seen an egret catch something this close before. At the time, it didn't necessarily strike me too much emotionally, it was simply an experience of watching nature unfold. However, when I started reviewing the images, I couldn't help but feel sad for the rodent after seeing the expression it had while struggling for its life moments before being eaten (a cropped version appears below in the comments).
