What a day! I shaved off all of my facial hair except for the Klingon goatee, with which I experiment every extended break. The results are getting better each time.
However, the dog got away and went on an adventure all the way down the street and was picked up by a lady driving by her and was left at the pet food store up the street. Cassity is tagged, so I wasn't worried about that! I was worried about her freezing or falling the creek. This is the second time in ten years she's gotten away like that and the last time she also went to a pet store. she's a curious dog, but she's smart. As I was looking for her, I walked all the way down the street and then walked back up to our house through the woods behind the houses, which was something I'd always wanted to do as a kid. I'm sure that if anyone saw me, they were somewhat alarmed by a mysterious black dude walking through the woods in their back yard. That's me, folks!
