One of the best views from the train is the one from the back platform of the caboose, or "waycar" as some railroaders called them. Relegated mostly to yard service these days, you'd likely have to go to a museum to ride in one. Such was not the case the day I made this image many moons ago in Lubbock, Texas. Speaking of Lubbock, I am reminded of Pat Pritchett and his notion that the best slide shows ended with a shot of a caboose. (Facebook B&W Challenge Day 5)

Swiss money, its a little odd compared to UK, we have coins for 5,10,20 and 50 centimes and then for 1,2 and 5 francs.

All the coins are silver - with the exception of the 5 centime - a coin so useful that it can not be used in any type of vending machine, parking machine !

This has been backlit with the ipad mini again :)

I was given a 5 day challenge on facebook to post a black & white pic that I've taken for 5 days. I thought this one was 'flickr worthy'
