This was a post on my Facebook page.
If I knew the photographer I would most certainly give credit.
This is the most human and emotional picture that Any-one could ever post.
God Bless all our veterans and the ones they have left behind.
This mornings swim coincided with another ultra low tide. Because the water was usually clear it meant that could have little explore of the sunken barge just off Brighton Pier. I shot some pictures of the badge which uploaded to my Facebook page

*Teleidiscope entry for this week's theme "Forgotten'.
I found this house a while back and finally got the courage to venture in to it...It's the creepiest abandoned house i've been in because after whatever happened to it, they left most everything there....I was rushing because I felt a bit uncomfortable, so I'm not completely pleased with this, but I will definitely be going back to shoot something else!
***I got my print from Evan today, picture in comments!:D
I would really appreciate if ya'll could like my Facebook page, I want to do a print give away when it reaches 500 and I'm pretty close!;D

Since my childhood, drawing has always been a passion, but when I discovered photography, I thought that the combination of these two passions would allow me to give free rein to my imagination.
In this series "The sketch of a life", I wanted to illustrate my life, like my sketches gave birth to each of his actions or by the intervention of someone I are close (for exemple in "sketch your mentor" with the intervention of my grandmother who taught me in the drawing), or events that have been important to me (like in "sketch the life" with the birth my daughter "Cataleya"), but also with something a little more humorous (in "Catch & Sketch" for example with the intervention of my friend Cal Redback, or in "sketch and fight" with the artist Ben Heine, where you can see the battle of two artists with each his technique)

I am amazed how this lovely lady was patient to me the whole time - from all the climbing and staying under the heat of the sun - she stayed so graceful the whole time. Constantly feeling so blessed and thankful with all the wonderful creatives I got the chance to work with.

Posting week twenty instead of week nineteen...
This photo is for my cousin, someone too close in my heart. He is a young lad who sadly was diagnosed with a rare disease and early Monday morning he joined our creator in the heavens :(
I have never felt much, much pain.
Carlo,
Maybe you're looking at us from up above, with Him.
And everyday you wake up in a paradise,
a place where there is no pain,
no sickness,
no sadness.
A place where you are most loved.
It was too early and sudden. I am not sure if I have gone through the stages of grieving correctly.
It all felt like a dream, a really bad dream and I only wish for is to be awaken.
My dearest, this photo is for you. Not a form of farewell. NO!!! I won't ever say goodbye, for you will always be in our hearts. Always <3

This is one of the few images that I had backed up before All Was Stolen and I quite like the joy and freedom of expression. I'm trying to embrace that frame of mind these days, difficult as it may be.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtf7hC17IBM - my friend's band Kodaline just got featured on GREY'S ANATOMY - I challenge your jaw not to wobble at the end...the perfect mix of wonderful and heartbreaking and I feel that if I could describe myself in song right now, this would be it.
facebook <- if you could give a few likes to my facebook page I would really appreciate it!! And seriously, check out the song, I think it's nigh on magnificent.

I'm uploading so late because I know I won't be able to upload tomorrow early either from university classes. sighh. This is Reem from the small meet up. I took such a different approach in editing this and I'm quite happy with it. I will be uploading a before and after on my fb page later on.
In other news, the show Orphan Black is filming next to my house next week. *fan girls*

Sunrise was at 6.33 but I was already down at the beach for 5.45 as Twilight began at 6.00.
This was taken just before the Sunrise and was getting some pink coloured clouds, so I have tried to leave as much colours as possible.
The tide was on its way out and the water was very calm, there wasn't that much wind and it was so peaceful.
I forgot for a few minutes that I was there to do some photography as I was taking it all in.

Had a bit of a dilemma yesterday afternoon, do I go back to Dartmoor for more snow or head towards the coast, obviously I choose the later. This is another location I'd never been to before and when I left the car I really didn't realise what I was up against, the hike nearly killed me! The sunset never really mounted to much but it could have been worse. As the Sun poked out from the clouds for one last time I tried to get everything pointing sunwards.
Shot with d3100 and Nikon 12-24mm
Any constructive crit welcomed.
Cheers,
Gary.
Edit: I've just started a Facebook page to show some more of my photos, hopefully it will be used for all types of photography that I will be experimenting with. I also hope to use it to build up some like minded contacts. There's not much on there at the moment but over the coming weeks and months I will be adding plenty. If you are a facebook user and have time please take a look and maybe even like. Feel free to leave a link for any facebook pages you may have for me to check out. Cheers, Gary
