vintage fabric from my (and/or qylaar's) collection. i love to use this as a backdrop for doll photos so i am hesitant to cut into it.

So what are we doing with these?

The blue fabric is hard to photograph. It has a gorgeous pearly sheen to it.

64 different Kona Solids for the mini quilt I plan to make for the Modern Mini Challenge. It's going to be paper-pieced and it's going to use every single one of these solids plus white. Beyond that you'll have to wait and see!

New Floral Prints from the 2012 Spring/Summer collection of Dutch Design Fabrics

I love them! The one in the top was very expensive so i only bought 20 cm...

Memphis fabric design by Sottsass and du Pasquier. Names left to right top to bottom are: Zaire, Zaire, Zambia, Zambia, Zambia, Gabon, Mali, Cerchio, Gabon and Burundi. All '81-'83. 8x12 sample swatches from dealer catalog.

My parents brought me a treasure from their attic. This fabric had been in their attic for over 50 years.

This block looks so nice. I think I will throw together some more. Using up scraps of fabric.

This small oblong baskets

completes my trio set of fabric baskets. I had just enough from a twin sheet to make the whole set (all by accident .. I'd have no way to pre-determine how much I needed! LOL) Seriously, I had about a 14" strip left when all done!

My new fabric designed arrived from Spoonflower. They all turned out perfectly, yay!
