Ratatouille - zucchini, tomato, eggplant, yellow pepper slices baked with thyme, rosemary, a homemade tomato sauce and olive oil with orange infusion.

Somen noodles cooked in miso soup with grilled shiitake mushrooms and chives

Filet au poivre. Grilled steak with a pepper crust and green pepper sauce, beef broth, brandy and fresh heavy cream.

Yellow and red tomatoes tart with goat cheese, olive oil and rosemary

Kafta (lamb, cumin, special pepper blend, cinnamon, mint, onion, garlic and lemon zest) with shanklish paste (Arab sheep cheese with yogurt, olive oil, onion, white pepper and garlic)

Cured salmon in soy sauce, coriander, red chilli, garlic and ginger. After 12 hours, a fish with an amazing texture and a flavor that can not be described

Homemade burrata and olive oil with pepper spheres. Put on your mouth and it will explode :-)

Ahi Tuna breaded in panko, sesame and peppers, with spicy sauce of garlic and chives plus a couscous.

Glazed Salmon in soy sauce, honey and ginger and then baked mini capers and mashed cassava with grana padano cheese and lemon
