Just some photos showing the trick behind chibi’s thin eyebrows. It must be noted that, technically speaking, two stacked cheese slopes do not fit in a 1x1 square. They have to release some stack height by moving to the sides.
Left:
The typical configuration. None of the cheese slopes is connected.
The neighboring bricks imprison the cheese slopes and keep them in position. The small gaps between bricks (left & right) allows the cheese slopes to release stack height.
Center:
Another common configuration: One cheese slope is connected: Usually the top one, which also keeps the lower one in position.
The clearance for the bottom slope is tight, but still valid.
However, depending on the chibi’s internal structure, this configuration may not work. This usually happens when snot techniques are used intensively. Snot techniques can easily disrupt the clearances between bricks.
Right:
Similar to center, but extra clearance is provided by using a lamp holder plate.
I found these amazing Daruma dolls in front of a souvenir store in Arashiyama on the way to the Otagi-Nenbutuji Temple. Daruma has generally short eyebrow. I think I am fearful to see them in the dark at night.
Compatible with skins from other designers, such as the shops, glam affair and many others, as long as the skins are browless or have a tattoo that cover the preset brows.

This is how I apply my eyebrows.
1: Cut a long strip of paper, fold in half.
2: Line the fold with the center of the nose, and the bottom edge with the creases in the eyelids.
3: draw different eyebrow shapes, and figure out what you like, where they should be placed, etc. These ones are a bit too far apart, I think.
4: Take off the doll, fold in half again, then cut out the eyebrow shape you like with an ubersharp knife (utility or otherwise) Work slowly to avoid tearing.
5: Open, put over the doll to check.
Today I saw the EAH refresh basic dolls with new eyebrows. I think they look really good on Maddie and Briar.

I've become aware of how important eyebrows are to one's face. As a result, I spend more time getting my brows just right. I'm really happy with them.
Powered eye area with baby powder to prevent clay from sticking. Push a small ball of clay in to eye area forming the clay to the shape of the eyebrow. Mark the ends of the eyebrow. I used a dental tool but you could use a needle. And mark the sides of the eyelash. Have the clay rest on top of the eye lash. Slide needle under the clay. Flip clay to other side lining up the eyelash sides.
