Concrete Stairs are the ideal way to provide access to basements, upper floors and lofts. The Precast units provide safe solid access during construction and a secure base for attractive finishes in the completed construction. The benefits of concrete construction with relation to fire make concrete stairs essential in some buildings.

Concrete stairs will also significantly reduce noise resulting from people moving around the building. Concrete stairs, fitted along with concrete floors and accompanied by an appropriate handrail provide a fast and safe solution to the problem of access to upper floors for following trades.

i bought this in 2004 for my Toshiba A20 which didn't have a floppy disk drive. it caused quite a few problems, like blue-screening when i disconnected the drive. and since the S900 i bought came with a floppy drive, i didn't need this one anymore. sold it for just over half the original purchase price but at least i got rid of it.

Yesterday I was organising my external hard drive while I stumbled on this picture.

And i thought: why didn't I share this picture yet?

So here it is! I think it's a nice picture.

Took this picture in in April this year, quite a while a go.

This was at the driving experience of the Dutcht Ferrari club at Circuit Park Zandvoort

External - rub up sand and cement. Plastered coin stones.

Internal - plasterboard slab and skim, coving.

A couple of shots to give an idea of what i have been playing around with as part of a recent commission. It has been good to have a dialogue with the architects of this project and explore the building through photography.
