Portrait of my beautiful wife, Danielle, on our honeymoon.
She's sitting in our hotel room, by the green drapes, walking along the beach with her giant (some king of wierd wicker) beach bag, blowing me kisses from the jetties, and sitting on a low wall on our balcony.
An expressionism piece, looking particularly at mark making with various forms of charcoal. I took inspiration for this piece from Anselm Kiefer. Made in 2013
