Sorry for the title, couldn’t think of a better one, but to be honest, when I look at this picture and see the telescope, I kinda think of a cyclop ..

I know .. this is not original at all .. been done a million times .. but I don’t have one of Barcelona .. so here I go ..

for those of you who don't like creepy-crawly bugs, here's a nice non-threatening butterfly. =)

I found this guy sitting on a screen door, probing the screen with his proboscis. Maybe he was perfectly happy and knew what he was doing... but frankly, i wanted to take his picture and didn't think a screen door would make the best of backgrounds. So I gently stuck my fingers under his feet, and picked him up, whereupon he began probing my fingers. I carried him over to a Tithonia bloom and set him down on it, and he instantly began feeding on the flower. Had to taste better than that screen door...

H A P P Y C H R I S T M A S !

I just wanted to say thankyou to all my flickr friends and flickr visitors for all your amazing support during a very challenging year for me and my family.

As work takes up so much of my time my pictures have slowed down again and I haven't really got too many festive ones but I got this from a walk the other night along Eastbourne seafront, it has a christmas tree in yeehaa.

Unfortunantly I'm working right up to christmas eve 'LATE' :( but I'm off christmas day and boxing day so will be trying to get some new pictures to post.

I hope santa brings you all some fantastic camera goodies I know I have some coming :)

I will try and post something christmas day so you can all list what santa bought you under my picture.

As I was leaving for work, I looked out my window and saw the sun setting. Here's the view from my window. Unfortunately, the windows are REALLY dirty since we are currently adding an additional 24 floors to the building (BCBS) so you can kind of see the dirty film on this pic if you look close enough.
