I hiked up Mt. Pisgah at Lake Willoughby for the first time Monday. It is quite the trek up and such a gorgeous view from the summit. I took my drone up and took an 8 panel panorama of the 4.971 mile long lake. I feel like most photos of the lake are taken from either the north or south ends, which honestly I think the Willoughby gap is more photogenic than this panorama. I hope to come back to photograph those vantage points.

A few years back (I think 2019) I experienced Lake Champlain freezing over for the first time. It was such an amazing experience to just walk out on the ice and enjoy the silence with the occasional ice creaking and whining beneath my feet. I wonder when I'll next get to cross the ice to visit the lighthouse again.
