Anyone remember that Thunderbolts comic series during that whole Marvel Now reboot?
They had a cool concept, a team put together by General Ross to do some covert missions. It had potential until they put Leader in there and then things got weird... :(
Anyway, onto the figures...
Deadpool: Regular Lego Minifigure :)
Elektra: You've seen her before; purist figure made by yours truly :)
Agent Venom: A figure I made way back in 2014 when the character made his debut in the Ultimate Spider-Man television series. I took him apart since then but I decided to revamp it now. What you see is what you get but I really happen to like it. :)
Agent Venom was the reason for this photo and Deadpool and Elektra were just put in there for a less boring pic. Hope you guys like it. :)
Another shot of the Abernethy red squirrels. I'm back in Yorkshire now, just got to unpack and then begin catching up with commenting.
An old one, from the archives (trip to New York City, 2008). New crop and new b&w conversion. See earlier in my stream for a coloured, uncropped version.
Haven't been able to go out shooting these past 10 days, so please bear with me with these archive shots. New work will follow in a few days.

Day 1/365
A new year and a new photo project. I went to bed last night with no intention of partaking in any photo projects but woke this morning with the idea of a photo every day, taken on my phone and uploaded to Facebook.
This is day one taken during an afternoon walk.

I got to see some very heavy rain on the drive home from Prescott. I stopped at Sunset Point to get some photos of the ever changing sky. (Explored 8/22/13 #258)
We have just finished to mow the grass in the orchard.
Yard work - The Flickr Lounge
Actually we saved this orchard by buying it, as if anybody else had bought it, they would have cut all the trees to build something on the land.

The vessel started its life as a passenger boat in the Abel Tasman National Park as a passenger boat named Abel Tasman Explorer. Purchased it in 2015 and completed a refit of the interior and the engine in the same year. The Bay Explorer crew then took the boat from Motueka through French pass, Cook Strait and up the East Coast of the North Island, to its new home in Tauranga. it now operates as part of the successful business alongside its sister vessel, the KEWPIE (www.kewpiecruises.co.nz)
The far-famed valley came suddenly into view throughout almost its whole extent: the noble walls, sculptured into endless variety of domes and gables, spires and battlements and plain mural precipices, all a-tremble with the thunder tones of the falling water. The level bottom seemed to be dressed like a garden, sunny meadows here and there and groves of pine and oak, the river of Mercy sweeping in majesty through the midst of them and flashing back the sunbeams. --John Muir

On a dark and somewhat dismal day, a woman braves the showers at an overlook. Letchworth State Park, Castile, New York. Renowned as the "Grand Canyon of the East," is one of the most scenically magnificent areas in the eastern U.S. The Genesee River roars through the gorge over three major waterfalls between cliffs--as high as 600 feet in some places--surrounded by lush forests. Hikers can choose among 66 miles of hiking trails. Trails are also available for horseback riding, biking, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing. Letchworth offers nature, history and performing arts programs, guided walks, tours, a summer lecture series, whitewater rafting, kayaking, a pool for swimming and hot air ballooning.
