Said no one ever. But I did. And while it was a lackluster weather day, with rain showers dominating the skies, I was quite surprised when the sun and Union Pacific cooperated. Here a westbound has the light across the BNSF diamond and moves past the assorted industry and interchange tracks.

We visited a corn farm this fall. They had lots of sunflowers too, gorgeous sight!
These flowers give me always a happy feeling.
We bought fresh corn.
Yummy stuff, so much better with a fresh corn cob - warm, with melitng butter and salt!

CAIRN: Stones stacked on TOP of another. Used as a marker, monument, or memorial of some kind. Cairns are sometimes used to mark points along hiking trails. Smaller Cairns are also used in recent times as decorations, often balancing one stone on TOP of another, forming a small stack, as in this photo.

Thank you for taking the time to view my photo, and for the faves and comments you make, thank you.
I haven't lived in Idaho for over 25 years. In fact, I've lived in Wyoming now long enough to call it home but after visiting the beauty of the Sawtooths this past weekend, I find that I'm an idahoan in my heart.
