La première demande d'un feu provisoire sur le rocher de la Petite Muette date de 1869, selon le voeu du Conseil général et de la commune de Pléneuf.
Tour de forme tronconique (se terminant au sommet en cône), réalisée en maçonnerie (pierre de taille de l'île Grande et moellons bruts de la Pointe de l'Etau) et moulée en béton, avec des galets et du ciment. Ce premier feu sera rehaussé en 1890. La tour mesure 8, 30 mètres de hauteur, soit trois mètres au-dessus des plus hautes mer et 3, 20 m de diamètre à la base.

The first request for a temporary fire on the rock of Petite Muette dates from 1869, according to the wishes of the General Council and the municipality of Pléneuf.
Tapered tower (ending at the top in a cone), made of masonry (freestone from Île Grande and rough rubble from Pointe de l'Etau) and molded in concrete, with pebbles and cement. This first fire will be raised in 1890. The tower measures 8.30 meters in height, that is to say three meters above the highest sea and 3.20 m in diameter at the base.

La plage d'Abel Baliff
La plage d’Abel Ballif se situe à environ 16 kilomètres de Saint-Raphaël soit à peu près à 23 minutes en voiture, elle mesure environ 160 mètres de long et se situe juste à côté de l’exclusif Hôtel Continental, elle porte le nom du président fondateur du Touring Club de France, il y a d’ailleurs une stèle commémorative qui rend hommage à ce grand homme. C’est une des nombreuses plages spectaculaires de la Corniche d’Or, il s’agit d’une petite crique de sable et de gravier. L’ambiance sur cette plage est calme et très intimiste.
La corniche de l’Estérel est aussi connue sous le nom de corniche d’Or grâce à la couleur dorée de la roche. L’accès à la plage reste assez difficile, il y q a quelques places de stationnement le long de la route, cette route a d’ailleurs été créée par le Touring Club de France vers les années 1900 ce qui explique que la plage porte le nom du fondateur de ce club.
Abel Baliff beach
The beach of Abel Ballif is located about 16 kilometers from Saint-Raphaël or about 23 minutes by car, it is about 160 meters long and is located right next to the exclusive Hotel Continental, it bears the name of the founding president of the Touring Club de France, there is also a commemorative stele which pays homage to this great man. This is one of the many spectacular beaches of the Corniche D'Or, it is a small cove of sand and gravel. The atmosphere on this beach is calm and very intimate.
The Estérel Corniche is also known as the Gold Corniche due to the golden color of the rock. Access to the beach remains quite difficult, there are a few parking spaces along the road, this road was also created by the Touring Club de France around the 1900s.

La plage d'Abel Baliff
La plage d’Abel Ballif se situe à environ 16 kilomètres de Saint-Raphaël soit à peu près à 23 minutes en voiture, elle mesure environ 160 mètres de long et se situe juste à côté de l’exclusif Hôtel Continental, elle porte le nom du président fondateur du Touring Club de France, il y a d’ailleurs une stèle commémorative qui rend hommage à ce grand homme. C’est une des nombreuses plages spectaculaires de la Corniche d’Or, il s’agit d’une petite crique de sable et de gravier. L’ambiance sur cette plage est calme et très intimiste.
La corniche de l’Estérel est aussi connue sous le nom de corniche d’Or grâce à la couleur dorée de la roche. L’accès à la plage reste assez difficile, il y q a quelques places de stationnement le long de la route, cette route a d’ailleurs été créée par le Touring Club de France vers les années 1900 ce qui explique que la plage porte le nom du fondateur de ce club.
Abel Baliff beach
The beach of Abel Ballif is located about 16 kilometers from Saint-Raphaël or about 23 minutes by car, it is about 160 meters long and is located right next to the exclusive Hotel Continental, it bears the name of the founding president of the Touring Club de France, there is also a commemorative stele which pays homage to this great man. This is one of the many spectacular beaches of the Corniche D'Or, it is a small cove of sand and gravel. The atmosphere on this beach is calm and very intimate.
The Estérel Corniche is also known as the Gold Corniche due to the golden color of the rock. Access to the beach remains quite difficult, there are a few parking spaces along the road, this road was also created by the Touring Club de France around the 1900s.

Une superbe journée passé au #paysdefayence avec l’office du tourisme @paysdefayence et les ambassadeurs. on a ainsi pu découvrir le magnifique village de #seillans qui fait partie des plus beaux villages de #france et son patrimoine culturel et artistique très riche.
Une belle découverte que je conseille n’oubliez pas la nature est notre bien le plus précieux il faut en prendre soin !
A quelques kilomètres de Fayence, Seillans a tout du village provençal typique : ses maisons étagées à flanc de colline, ses ruelles pavées, ses passages voûtés et ses placettes où chantent les fontaine, son climat ensoleillé et ses paysages de vignes et d'oliviers. L'endroit séduisit le peintre Max Ernst qui y vécut les dernières années de sa vie et dont on peut admirer l'oeuvre à la Donation Tanning-Ernst.
