Exploding Head Syndrome is a hardcore punk band from Oslo, Norway. The band hit the rehearsal space for the first time in the summer of 2010, and about a year later released their first recordings; a 7-tracks self-titled EP, which was well received by the norwegian press.
EHS describe their sound as “angry punk” and their lyrics deal with the stress and frustration of todays society. The band is highly influenced by american punk and british hardcore. Exploding Head Syndrome is renowned for their energetic live shows and in the last couple of years the band has toured Norway and has shared stage with bands like Satyricon, Oslo Ess and Blood Command.
On 9. October 2013 the band released their first full-length album Disciples of Reason on their own label Exploding Records. On the record they co-operated with producer Kenneth Ishak (Heyerdahl/Beezwax). The reception of the album has been great, and it has been hailed as the norwegian album of year by some critics.

I experimented this Fourth of July with changing the focus on my lens during the exposure, from out of focus to in focus. I had some interesting results.
Explosive ordnance and remnants of war destruction (EXPLODE) project was officially launched on June 27, 2013 in Doboj. The 3,837,830 Euro project that will run until 2015 is financed by the European Union and implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Nations Development Programme and the OSCE Mission to BiH.
Today, there are over 17,000 tons of military ammunition surpluses in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The risk of uncontrolled explosion of much of this stock is high, which represents a constant danger to civilians living in the proximity of the storage sites and to the soldiers who are guarding them.

O.K. The exploding cigar is digital, as is the dirt/blast effect on my skin, also the smoke, and of course the hair is not mine, all added later in Photoshop.
I always try to do something different with my profile photo, and I am not averse to taking the “P” out of my self, after all life should be fun. I hate the standard photo taken at arms length, showing your boobs shot, even worst, the full bedroom shot in the mirror, complete with the camera in your hand, and the flash visible in the reflection. A bit of imagination is always welcome here, as for the vain, this is me photo, I don’t mind (too much), at least you are showing yourself at your best, usually at a wedding or some other event where you dress your best. But for me its all about the fun of it all, I hope this photo puts a little smile on your face, and it would all be worth it.
MInor victory for the T34s
This was a pretty one sided affair with the Oderbruch getting a great deal of credit for our tardy advance.
Overall the 84th Tk Bttn lost 4 T34s outright with 2 immobilized with engine damage and 1 losing its main gun 3 out of 10 were still runners. The IS2s immediately had 1 vehicle bog. The SU76s also had 1 bog also.
1054th Rifle Rgt lost 32 of 72 men and 1 pla CO.
The FJ lost 17 of 72 inf and 8 of 10 MG crew The PzJag IVs never even came on table.
Time for the second wave.
