Connectivity and readymade.
Experimenting, manipulating and combining daily life objects in order to attempt, to force or to mystify a workable connection between them, at least to make it visible and/or possible. This exercise is to be considered as a warm-up, a first step towards a further installation or project.

This man may possibly have been a lecturer in sheep and wool at the Farm.
This photograph is from an album of photographs belonging to Clive Charles Crane, Housemaster and Lecturer in Science, Maths and Book-Keeping at the Wagga Experiment Farm from at least 1913 until 1926.

A series of CSS-only experiments.

This image is not being used for my assignment, just a quick edit experiment. It's admittedly not a great photo (underexposed & unfocused), rather a random impromptu shot of my friends, but I liked the environment and wanted to see how far I could push the edit.

Ok, start of by moving to a place with lots of light, then set your shutter speed to about 4000 of a second, then start shaking your head, and shoot... this is the result... Pretty funny, and pretty darn ugly :o)
I went back to a photo from the Harpa in Reykjavik and starting thinking about playing with it. I've sliced each of the color windows onto a different layer in Photoshop and then played with the colors there. Too much? I think I may need to experiment more in this space. Constructive critique is welcome.
Experiment with flowers under tungsten light. PS 7.0: adjusted color balance, increased contrast and glow filter applied.
One thing I LOVE about the Holga is the fact that multiple exposures are very easy to do. I'm really excited to experiment with that because I love multiple exposures.
Two things I need to pay attention to with the Holga are the blur, and winding the film the right amount.
Yay for learning new things. :)
Moody Experiment.
Some photos from a place you might already recognize, as there're many photos of it here. This time I tried to make something different out of the familiar views. After all, this is a landscape that probably is not scenic this time of the year. At least not for me, not in the usual sense. But of course there's a certain mood -- which might be something that comes out of myself, but I'm sure not without some stimulus, outside, it is really there, somehow. Can it be pictured? Can it be conveyed? How can you depict the actual first impression?
On a technical note: All done with old 50mm f/1.7 lens, all wide open, I used a Kenko nostaltone blue for diffusion and color shift. „Enhanced" in LR & PS.
on this Fuliwen fountain pen
None of my shots of this pen came out to my liking; this was the best, believe it or not. (My tripod is currently at someone's house, in my defense)
