Kitja made me so happy with this Uber release! I love the hoodie dress, tied shirt combination so much! Wasabi Pills hair. I also threw in some man-candy! He's wearing a shirt/jacket combo by Native Urban available at Mens Only Monthly, Doux hair, L'etre skin on a Catwa mesh head. :D

Tbh, I need work on multi-subject pics, so you may be seeing more of these on here! <3

Our little Amberleigh will be arriving soon! <3

We've been expecting you...... :-) my previous post wasn't creepy enough for me, shoulda waited for another day. Inspired by wilbur, karen, and peddlehead I had to dig some neglect out. :-)

this is the garage behind the house in yesterday's post, it might be even more scary than the residence. :-)

Maybe I'm mistaken expecting you to fight

Or maybe I'm just crazy

I don't know wrong from right

But while I am still living

I've just got this to say

It's always up to you if you want to be that

Want to see that

Want to see that way

- You're coming along!

the result is not great, but i like the idea. i might remake it in the future

Lakeshore Park, Newark, CA. This mating pair is expecting four chicks, or as it's better known in the colony, "the usual number." The male is the larger of the two.

I did not expect something else this morning: two borrowed UP units on the westbound Rocky Mountaineer. I guess the RMRX GP40-3s are in for maintenance. At 10:38 a.m., the luxury train is passing over Colorado Highway 72 at the mouth of Coal Creek Canyon. This location is at mile 23 (from Denver) just railroad east of Plain siding on UP's Moffat Tunnel Subdivision. Photo by Joe McMillan, August 3, 2022, units 4420 and 3814, 10 cars.

The Sandhill Crane is widely dispersed across the US and Canada with several localized breeding populations. Some are year round residents, while others migrate to northern breeding grounds. This individual is part one of the most northern breeding populations, photographed a over a hundred miles north of the arctic circle. This was not a species I expected to see in Alaska, and was immediately struck by the strong rusty tones in its plumage. I did a little research and found out that their coloration is in part due to iron stain from a diet that is largely among peat bogs and muskegs.

The midnight sun provides even more warmth to this summer tundra scene.

[17:36] Taladis Tower wrinkled his nose as he came down from the small ramp. Reaching up the dark cat pulled the cigar from his mouth - tossed it to the floor and proceeded to step on it. He walked forward and leaned on the railing that led to the beach, looking over at the Cyborg Zero.

[17:39] Damienn Kiranov is blatantly amused when he sees the black cat walk up to the railing. He takes a drink from his flask, then puts it back in his pocket. A wry smirk crosses his lips as he speaks. "Well well well. Look what we have here. Sure as hell took you long enough. Surprised?"

[17:41] Taladis Tower grumbled in response to the man's comment. Instead, he moved down the sidewalk - as he walked he was unwrapping the gauntlets around his wrists. He tossed them on the ground as he continued to walk, only leaving the wrappings on his hands. Closing his fists, he just looked at Kiranov with that cold expression.

[17:43] Damienn Kiranov yawns. "Oh God. Now we go to this again... What are you gonna do now? Hmm? Seems kinda pointless to start a brawl when we don't have an audience."

[17:44] Taladis Tower wrinkled his nose at Kiranov's comment before practically growling out, "This isn't about people watching." His ears falling against his head, "You were supposed to be dead."

[17:45] Damienn Kiranov laughs and shakes his head. "You've got to be kidding me... Do you really think they would've left out any explosives training when I worked as an operator?"

[17:47] Taladis Tower grumbled lowly, "I don't care. I walked away because I expected you to be dead. You shot me, you left me for dead. I left /you/ for dead, you were just supposed to die. Now - we're somewhat at a crossroads, aren't we?"

[17:49] Damienn Kiranov pops his knuckles and takes his flask out of his pocket. "I guess we would be. So, what's your choice? I could care less about continuing this boring rivalry, since you're not the one I was looking for." He takes a drink from his flask, then pockets it.

[17:50] Taladis Tower watches Kiranov's movements carefully. Tal's cold gaze soon locking on the man's face once more. He wrinkled his nose, a grumble escaping his lips, "Next time that I see you? This won't be 'boring.'" Tal growled as he turned away, then knelt over to pick up his gauntlets before wandering off.

An expected light

Why can't I love you?

An unexpected delight

Why can't I love you?

When I'm in your arms

The world is beautiful

When I'm in your arms

I am beautiful

What's wrong with me?

There is love all around

What's wrong with me?

I keep on letting you down

I expect the same as I give, but each one gives what he has; and I can't receive flowers from someone who doesn't bloom

I've been unable to find much documentation about a Black Skimmer's commitment to its mate. From what I have observed, it appears that they are monogamous and very dedicated to each other and their family. In this image, the female is sitting on eggs while her mate stands very close by. When intruders come too close, both the male and female will become agitated and call to warn them off. Keeping a low profile and respectful distance from the ropes is critically important during this stage. Once the eggs have hatched, the male will become very busy hunting for food to feed their young brood. I hope to witness more of this behavior tomorrow morning when I return for a very quick trip to the beach. July 27, 2018

Expect the unexpected! Lions often prefer to use the road to get from 'A to B'. We turned a bend and suddenly, coming towards us,..... these two beauties.

Mohammed Ibrihim looks at a freshly picked canteloupe he provided for members of the 775th Engineering Detachment in Djibouti, Feb. 20, 2009. The 775th is in the process of installing a well near Mohammed's village. The well is expected to provide the village with potable water, and aide in irrigating nearby fields..

Something about you shouldn't shoot directly into the sun? Beats me.

KCS GP40-2 #2822 takes the Rosenberg local (UP symbol LRNRNJ-17) east into Tower 26 on UP's Houston Sub Main 1 just north of downtown, heading to PTRA's North Yard. I wasn't sure about shooting after arriving, but I knew I couldn't pass it up once the train revealed itself to be classic KCS power, which I won't pass up at this point.

Wind of Change, Scorpions

In order to bring this fellow into the right light, a had setup a flash light (with kind of cold white light) behind an empty toilet paper roll, which I covered with some ducked tap to have a very small exit point for the light. The setup and the outcome turned out to be as complicated as I expected upfront.

It seems that it was freshly repainted and you may notice that the cargo door was opening when he was taxiing to the spot.

But no soldier on board.. only a few members of the European Parliament, nice ride from Czech Republic 😂

You can expect to see many of these Wilson's Snipe in Sierra Valley. Some more cooperative than others. This one was quite vocal and cooperative.

Although this was taken in January, we are expecting the worst weather for March, in 50years over the weekend... Tie your granny's down and hold on !!!!!
