This guy was exercising with two kettlebells outside the Royal Armouries in Leeds. Each kettlebell weighs in at 32kg. I quite like the fact that he was exercising in front of a mortar / cannon with hardware that looked like a cannon ball.

A lone figure cycling on South Shields pier, permitted daily exercise under the Govt's lockdown regulation.
This pool was on display at the Home and Garden show at UVU display. Joshua was very excited about getting in or at least touching the water.

Exercise doesn't have to be intense activity - like pumping iron, or bicycling for miles. Its goal doesn't have to be the proverbial 'six pack'. It could aim for basic health and a sense of rhythm.
Day 130 - Exercise
I don't have any need for these today, as I've spent most of the day cleaning the conservatory, windows and all.

Rafale B 4-IE lands back at RAF Waddington in a lovely patch of sun during exercise Cobra Warrior 25-1 (26/02/25)
Unreal clouds, skies, mountains, feelings.
Not taken from a car, taken standing still in the middle of the road, but something about it still feels like we are careening towards a beautiful infinity somewhere beyond.
BIGGER version, as requested.
Olympus OM-10 with Zuiko f1.8/50mm and manual adapter, Jessops KB100 (Efke KB17) expired 04/1996 @40 in D-76 1+1 for 6min. 20C
Although Jessops rated this film as ISO 100 it is Efke KB17 (ISO 40). I rated it at Efke' s speed and the results are really good, no fog in the base, no loss of speed and the tones are splendid.. not bad for a film that has been expired for 24 years.
Lots of time at home to catch up with unfinished stuff.
