Just testing my Sigma 70-300 DL MacroSuper. This flower is slowly passing away in our kitchen window and I tried to make the most out of the daylight to capture it's colors.

Rehab Excercises

Many seemingly intimidating excercises (but weren't all that bad), that taught you to find your real you.

Each person had at least a few moments where all influences were dropped and their real self was shining brightly. Some stood out to me as courageous, strong and fragile at the same time, comforting, supporting, and so forth.

I didn't know whether to laugh or be disturbed. I mean, I guess a stationary bike DOES have its place in a park...

Aerobics at the student union, (5-7 am and pm) may be painful but it works and the healthier your are, the better student you will be, no pain... no gain...
