MY ARMADILLO SOB STORY by plecojan
Okay, so I went to the zoo today and thought for sure, I'd get a cool armadillo photo. BUT (<<< the big but) the zoo's only armadillian resident apparently lives behind the scenes in the children's zoo and is only brought out for "exercise" once a day. AND...I missed it by 20 minutes.
Argh. Anyway, this was part of the sign above the "Exercise Yard." Looks like the armadillo is using a litter box, if you ask me.

Slow Rock n Roll, West Lake, early morning. Among other excercises, there was this large group dancing to rock 'n roll tunes, but in a very slow and elegant way. One of the real delights of West Lake.
Revealing the toned abdominal muscles below that layer of fat is certainly possible by exercising on the treadmill. However, if you do the same routine, with the same intensity and the same duration, you will not have luck. The length of time you spend on the treadmill depends on the hardness of the workout.
