Another week with great spring weather is over.
I signed up for a spinal excercises class and on Wednesday there was the first meeting. I think this class will be a good compensate for my office job.
Friday night was really cool. Lots of my friends came over for celebrating my birthday and later we were out in a club. It was a fun night.
Yesterday was also very cool. After I cleaned my apartment and removed the leftovers of the birthday party some friends came over for watching football. Then we were out for eating burgers and ended in the billiard hall. Annika took this photo of me. Good job Anni :)

As Fleetwood Mac once sang:
Can't help it about the shape I'm in
Can't sing' I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
Don't ask me what I think of you
Might not give the answer that you want me to.
A senior man is running with a rollator and walking sticks. When you excercise, you can't have too much gear.
The government suggest an hour a day excerising outside the house is enough to keep mind and body intact. Social distancing must be observed and since all non-essential travel is banned the miles of beaches in Morecambe are largely deserted. I've had a hankering after living in a city again in recent years. I miss the hustle and bustle and culture of city life that's difficult to find living out in the sticks. On days like this, during times like this I'm glad to have this kind of space on my doorstep.
Taken on the Stornoway to Ullapool ferry. The first time I have seen this a) when I had my camera with me and b) it was not raining!!
It is a trend in Saigon that people doing excercise, dancing early in the morning, in the park, public place...
Saigon, Vietnam
Another excercise in building from a doodle, and I'm very pleased. Not with my drawing, that's still not brilliant. I like to hope that I'm improving though.
I know the sketch has those cool prong-y bits that stretch from the engine to just under the cockpit, but they don't look anywhere near as neat on the real thing, so I scrapped them.
But anyway, I built a spaceship. There's a shocker, huh? Something different next though, I promise. Well, promise is a strong word. Maybe, just maybe, it won't have wings. There. Satisfied?
With the tail end of the summer season, a lot more Coaster buses have been popping up on the 13X, and I decided to try the route out.
My driver towards Eastbourne was pretty heavy-footed and led to some fast driving on the flatter bits on the Tourist Trail portions, which was surprising giving the gutless reputation of these small-engined deckers.
Here, 941 (BX15 ONT) approaches the pedestrianised front of the Beacon shopping centre on the way to it's final stop, the Pier.
Bending Light #18
Another refraction pattern of light through glass.
This one reminded me of a multiple shot collage of a figure running and jumping, but then you may have other ideas...
I work and then when I get home there's lots to do - homework help, make dinner, make lunches, laundry, stuff around the house, maybe take a photo....so if I do not change out of my work clothes and right into exercise gear, it is likely not going to happen. It is soo much harder in the winter time when there is less light and it's so damn cold. But today - i got it done. Gotta shed the winter lbs.
Trying to get a motion shot for "Excercise!" in the Flickr Monthly Scavenger Hunt was a decent workout. I'm still not happy with the shot but I'm done...
