In addition to the tradition like Taichi, many people got together in the parks and did some dancing as their morning workout, local folk dancing and even western style ballroom dancing.

.. great excercise.....

excercise medical evacuation on minefield

These are the employees of some local fast food chain. They have the morning exercise on the street outside the restaurant @ 6.30am before the openning hours.

One of several paths at Falls Park in downtown Greenville. This photo was taken by Denton Harryman.

The excercise series started in Falls Park and then looped back to falls park for mile four of the walk. It is impressive to me that in a one hour walk I took photos in Falls Park, Cleveland Park, Rock Quarry Garden, the Rose Garden, and Linky Stone Park. We are lucky to live in a city which values greenspaces as much as Greenville does.

For novembers theme. Simple to the point

Tom, caught spontaneously.

--- Added commentary for "Personal Favourites" set --

2012-03-04 / A portrait of a friend, caught spontaneously as he was stretching. The look on his face, the angle of his arms - and that evident release of all tension through a relaxing streeeeetch... on a warm summer day by the chicken coop.

Another excercise shot, that I forgot about initially...

PS: Be sure to at least check out my favorites and please do leave a comment for posterity while you're at it! Thanks!
