The multinational department-store chain, hugely popular but often criticized for driving out mom-and-pop shops, adopted a softer, friendlier logo after decades of a stronger approach. The blue is lighter, the yellow sunburst suggests optimism, and the lowercase letters are less imposing than their all-caps forebears.
What a day I have had! This is an Evolution which is a single engine light aircraft that was built from a kit (professionally built by the owner - that's his backside in view - and a support of professionals). I was invited to join the owner, who is a friend accompanied by another joint friend on a short flight north to Cedar Keys - for lunch!!
We had a wonderful day and his aircraft is simply stunning!
